Culebra, home to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, including the renowned Flamenco Beach, is easily accessible via ferry from Ceiba. Whether you're planning a day trip or an extended stay, here’s everything you need to know about taking the ferry to this tropical paradise.

How to Get to Culebra by Ferry

Since October 2018, ferries to Culebra depart from Ceiba, located on Puerto Rico’s east coast, instead of Fajardo. The trip takes approximately 40 minutes.

One-Way Ticket Prices:
Adults $2.50, Children 3-11 and Seniors 60-74 $1.00, Seniors 75+ travel for free.

How to Buy Ferry Tickets

Online:
Purchase ferry tickets in advance via the Puerto Rico Ferry website (https://www.puertoricoferry.com) or mobile apps.

In Person:
Tickets can be purchased at the Ceiba Ferry Terminal but may sell out during high season.
Tip: Try to book in advance, especially on weekends and holidays! Ferries to Culebra are in high demand.

Parking & Transportation at the Ceiba Ferry Terminal

Secure parking is available for $5 per day near the ferry terminal.

Publicos (shared taxis) are available at the dock to take you to Flamenco Beach ($5 per person) or other locations.
