Yuca al Ajillo

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. de yuca
  • 1 cabeza de ajo
  • 8 oz. de aceite de maiz
  • ½ cucharada de sal

Directions

Hierva la yuca, sal y 8 dientes de ajo a fuego moderado. Vierta el exceso de agua dejando aproximadamente solo una pulgada de agua en el cardero. Mezcle las 8 oz. de aceite con 6 dientes de ajos en una licuadora y viertalas sobre la yucamientras aun esta caliente. Coloque a fuego moderado por 10 minutos y sirvase caliente.
