Chocolate Milagroso


  • 8 oz chocolate dulce en barra (Cortez)
  • 2 cds azucar
  • 4 tazas leche
  • 1 cdta maizena
  • 1/4 cdta vainilla


Derrita el chocolate dulce en una cacerola a fuego lento, ya derretido añada las 4 tazas de lechelas 2 cucharaditas de azucar. Retire un poco de la mezcla de la cacerola y añada la maizena, la vainilla y proceda a mezclar bien a agregue la mezcla a la cacerola. Continue moviendo hasta a hervir (procure que no se derrame). Servir cuando este un poco calido.
