Frunutos de Amarillos
Sweet ripe plantains (maduros) fried until caramelized and golden. Served as a side dish with nearly every meal — a perfect balance of sweet and savory.
Ingredients
- 6 a 8 amarillos
- 1 tz. de harina todo uso
- 1 ½ tz. de agua fria
- 1 cdta. de canela en polvo
- 1 pizca de sal
Directions
Freir los amarillos. Mezclar los ingredientes restantes con un tenedor, luego sumergir los amarillos fritos en la mezcla. Freir hasta dorar.
