Located in Vieques, Hacienda Tamarindo, offers 16 very special rooms, each lovingly and creatively designed and decorated by owner, Linda Vail -- excellent craftsmanship, like mahogany louvered doors, terra-cotta tiled floors, and custom-tiled baths. A full American breakfast is served on the second-floor terrace. Guests can walk down the hill to the Inn on the Blue Horizon for lunch and dinner. Box lunches are available on request. Children under 12 are not permitted.
