Horrible

I stayed one day and the room is horrible, everything is old and a lot of things are covered with rust, also the floor smells bad. Date of visit: November, 2003

Not Nice

Old and smelly. This hotel needs a lot of work. The only thing that works for this hotel is its location, and its affiliation with the Condado Plaza which is next door. Date of visit: March, 2004

Old but Very Cozy

I've been staying here for the last 4 years twice a year. The staff has been very friendly and professional. I have to say the rooms are clean. I have to thank the Regency Hotel for making My family and me feel at home away from home. Date of visit: August, 2004

Worst Hotel

I stayed within the hotel for two nights and it was horrible the furniture was dirty and it smelled like mildew.
